    24 essential vitamins & minerals

In an ideal world, we’d get everything we need from the food we eat.

However, our busy modern lifestyles, dietary choices and food lacking in vital nutrients can make this a real challenge.

That's why we’ve done the research to find which nutrients are most commonly lacking in the modern diet and included more of them in our multivitamin:

    Vitamin D3 (800 IU)

    Vitamin B12 (50 mcg)

    Vitamin K2-MK7 (100 mcg)

    Magnesium (100 mg)

    Zinc (10 mg)

    Iodine (150 mcg)

    and plenty more...

    frequently asked questions

Most supermarket multivitamins are formulated to hit the NRV target on the label at the lowest possible cost — which means using cheap, poorly absorbed forms of each nutrient.

Our formula uses specific high-bioavailability forms: B12 as methylcobalamin (the active form your body uses directly) rather than cyanocobalamin, vitamin D3 from lichen (plant-based, the same form your skin makes), and K2 as MK-7 (the long-chain natural form that works in synergy with D3). Doses are set at meaningful levels — not just the minimum required to make the label.

We use methylcobalamin — the active, naturally occurring form of B12 that your body can use directly without conversion.

Many cheaper supplements use cyanocobalamin, which requires your body to convert it before it becomes usable. This conversion is inefficient, and some people have genetic variants that make it even less effective.

Our tablets contain 50 mcg (2,000% NRV) — a meaningful dose for someone who has been deficient or is rebuilding levels on a plant-based diet.

Our tablets are shorter and slimmer than most others available on the market. They measure approximately 19mm long and 5 mm thick.

They are also coated to make them easy to swallow. However, they can also be easily snapped in half if you prefer them smaller.

Our multivitamin and mineral complex contains all thirteen essential vitamins and eleven essential minerals. We’ve left out the minerals which are easy to get and rarely lacking in the diet such as Sodium and Chloride. The full list of nutrients is as follows:

Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B12, Folic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin K2, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Calcium, Iodine, Phosphorus, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium and Molybdenum.

We've designed the dosages of our multivitamin to stay well within the upper tolerable limits for each nutrient, even when taken in conjunction with our other products.

However, as always, we'd recommend consulting your doctor before taking any supplements to be on the safe side.

Our multivitamin is not formulated specifically for pregnancy. Dedicated pregnancy supplements typically contain higher levels of folic acid, iron and iodine, and are usually recommended by healthcare professionals during pregnancy.

If you'd like to take our multivitamin while pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your midwife or GP first.

The multivitamin has been designed to be used by people over the age of 18.

The multivitamin contains 24 nutrients and so the full list of benefits is too long to list here. However, you can find a summary of the key benefits of each nutrient here.
