            Omega-3 DHA: 100% vegan algal oil (40% DHA), vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). Capsule: undegraded carrageenan from red seaweed, modified corn starch (non-GMO), vegetable glycerine, purified water.

            Vitamin D3 + K2: Dicalcium phosphate, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen (cholecalciferol), microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), plant-based stearic acid (anti-caking agent).

            Vitamin B12: Bulking agents (di-calcium phosphate, plant-based microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), glazing agents (hypromellose, glycerin, carnauba wax), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

            Omega-3 DHA from marine algae, the source fish get it from in the first place. The capsules are enteric-coated, so they dissolve in the gut rather than the stomach and leave no fishy aftertaste.
