Why subscribe?
A subscription is always more cost-effective than buying the same product one-off, and it takes the hassle out. Your supplements arrive on a schedule that suits you, so you stay topped up without having to remember to reorder.
Can I skip, pause, change frequency or cancel?
Yes, any of them, any time, with no fees and no notice period. Skip a delivery when you're still stocked up, space deliveries further apart, pause for a while, or cancel outright. It's all self-serve from your account.
Will my subscription price ever change?
Your subscription saving stays in place for as long as you subscribe. There's no introductory rate that quietly jumps later. The price only moves if the product's own price changes, and we'll always email you before it does.
Can I swap products or change my next delivery date?
Yes. Change what's in your next order, bring a delivery forward if you've run low, or push the date back, all from your account.
Do I have to subscribe, or can I buy once?
You can always buy a one-off. Subscribing is simply the cheaper, more convenient option once you've found something that works for you, never a lock-in.
How do I manage my subscription?
Use the manage subscription link and we'll email you a secure access link to your account, where every option above lives.

When will my order arrive?
UK standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days and is free on orders over £25 (£2.99 below that). Premium UK delivery is 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order's on its way.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. European orders go tracked from £4.99 with duties already paid, so there's nothing to settle on arrival. Orders further afield go tracked from £8.99, though local customs charges may apply. The exact cost shows at checkout.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Check your tracking link first, then if something looks wrong just email us and a real person on our small team will chase it with you. Full delivery options are on our shipping page.

What is the 100-day Happiness Guarantee?
Every order is covered for 100 days. Supplements take time to show what they do, so if you're not happy for any reason within 100 days of delivery, contact us and return the remaining product for a refund. See our returns page for the detail.
How do I return something?
Email us within 100 days and we'll talk you through it. We ask that the product isn't fully used up, is in reasonable condition where possible, and that you have proof of purchase.
Can I change or cancel an order I've just placed?
If it hasn't been dispatched yet, email us quickly and we'll do our best to change or stop it. Once it's on its way, it's covered by the guarantee above.

How do Omvits Rewards work?
It's our free loyalty programme. You get 25 points just for joining, then earn a point for every £1 you spend, plus points for things like leaving a review. Every 100 points is worth £5 off.
How else can I earn points?
Beyond purchases, you earn points for creating an account, writing a review, sharing a photo or video, following us on social, and on your birthday. It adds up faster than you'd think.
How do I redeem my points?
In the rewards panel, turn your points into a discount code (100 points is £5, up to 500 points for £25) and paste it in at checkout.
How does refer a friend work?
Share your link and your friend gets £5 off their first order over £25. When they order, you earn 100 points, worth £5, for every friend who joins. There's no limit.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account just makes reordering, tracking and managing a subscription easier, and it earns you reward points.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through a secure, PCI-compliant checkout that meets the highest level of card-industry security. We never see or store your card details.
My discount code won't apply, why?
It's usually one code per order, so it won't stack with another offer, and a few items may be excluded. If it still won't work, email us and we'll sort it.

What does Omvits make?
Plant-derived micronutrient supplements, from a UK company founded in 2017. We're built for people who want a say in how the next forty years go, with cleaner sourcing and no bovine or marine supply chain.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, the whole range is registered vegan. We choose plant sources on principle, even where an animal-derived version would be cheaper. Our vitamin D3, for instance, comes from lichen rather than sheep's wool.
Are they tested?
Yes. Our products are third-party tested, so what's on the label is what's in the bottle.
Where are your products made?
We're a UK company and every product is formulated here. Not everything is manufactured in the UK, but our ingredients are drawn from the best plant source worldwide, such as algae for our omega-3.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, all our pots are recyclable. We weigh up the carbon footprint and recyclability of any material we use, because keeping our footprint light has been part of Omvits from the start.
Do you give back?
Yes. We support Vitamin Angels, helping provide life-saving vitamins to children at risk of malnutrition.
