How to claim

We love hearing what our customers have to say and how our products have impacted their lives! That's why we'd love to offer you a whopping 200 points in return for a video review of our products!

It's hard to know who to trust online and we think that real customers telling their own stories in their own words is a great way to help give potential customers the reassurance they need. 

In return, we get an opportunity to stand out against big multinational companies, with the help of real people who support our mission.

Don't worry if you don't know what to say. We've got some guidance below so you won't be lost for words!

Once we receive your video, we'll credit your account with 200 rewards points which is the equivalent of £10 off your next purchase.

what to say

In terms of what to say, here’s a rough outline and some questions that you can follow:

1. Tell us a little about you (first name, age, a little background about you, your life and what you do)

2. What was your life like before buying our product? What problems or challenges were you experiencing?

3. What concerns did you have before buying the product? 

4. What was your life like after buying from Omvits? What results did you get and how did you feel?

5. What did you like most about this product? 

6. If you were to recommend this to a friend, what would you say? 

7. How did you find your experience with Omvits overall? (e.g. customer service, packaging etc.)

video guidelines

• Just be yourself :) We just want you to be honest and tell your story like you would to a friend. Be comfortable.

• Look into the camera and smile :) The eyes are the windows to the soul as they say!

• Shoot landscape (lengthways) if possible

• You don’t need any special equipment to shoot your video, just a video on your smart phone is fine. If you have a tripod to keep your camera sturdy, then great! Otherwise, a steady hand or something to lean it against is fine. If you do have any specialist equipment then feel free to use it!

• Try shooting your video outdoors if possible, or somewhere with good light. 

• Please include the Omvits product in the video if possible

• Take your time. Please feel free to say as much as you like. We’ll edit the video afterwards so that it flows nicely.

• Don’t worry about being perfect. A few umms and ahhs here and there won’t hurt anybody!

• If the video file is too big to send over email, you can upload it to wetransfer.com. It’s free and you don’t have to sign up. All you have to do is upload the file and then email us the link so we can download it.
