  • Subscriptions - Terms & Conditions


    • A subscription is a recurring order placed through the Omvits website ( By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
    • A subscription starts on the day of the initial order and renews on the same date at the interval chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. An order will be generated automatically and payment is taken from your chosen payment method.
    • When a subscription order is created, the shipping rate is re-calculated according to the value of the subscription order. This means that the shipping rate for a subscription order may be different from the rate received during an initial purchase (e.g. an initial order qualifies for free shipping, but a subscription does not)
    • You do not require an Omvits account to purchase a subscription, however, you are strongly encouraged to do so in order to edit your subscription preferences.
    • We reserve the right to make a product ineligible for a subscription service at any time.
    • Your subscriptions are personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription(s) to any third party. Your subscription may only be purchased for personal use and not for resale purposes.


    • Once you have purchased a subscription, your selected products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription without any further action required by you. For some products, there may be a set delivery frequency which we deem appropriate, however, you may change this delivery frequency from your account. Your chosen payment method will be charged the appropriate amount to cover the cost of your subscription product and shipping (if applicable).
    • Before your subscription is dispatched to you, you will receive an order confirmation message including order details and delivery address. 
    • Your subscription order will not be dispatched until the payment process has been successfully completed.
    • Some subscription and product details (including price, discount and availability) may change over time. You will be notified of any such changes by email.
    • If a subscription product is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified of the delay by email.
    • You will be notified by email of your upcoming subscription order three days before the order date.
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery of the subscription order. Omvits accept no responsibility for return of goods due to failure to deliver.


    • For each subscription order, you will be charged the price (including VAT where appropriate) of each subscription product on the day your recurring order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation, less the applicable subscription discount.
    • The subscription discount you receive will be the ongoing subscription discount applicable to your subscription products at the time your order is processed. Any one-time discounts redeemed during on the initial purchase will not be valid on the ongoing subscription orders.
    • Your subscription(s) will continue until cancelled or paused. The price of each subscription order will be charged to the payment method used to create your subscription. If we are unable to complete your subscription order using the payment method you used to create your subscription, we will contact you via email to update your payment details. We will attempt to take payment three times, after which your subscription will be paused.
    • You may modify or cancel your subscription(s) at any time. Cancellation or modification will not affect subscription orders for which you have already received a dispatch confirmation.
    • If a subscription(s) is cancelled or paused, you will only be charged for the subscription orders dispatched to you and no further subscription orders for that product will be placed.
    • If you reactivate a subscription that you previously cancelled, the discount applicable to your reactivated subscription may not be the same discount that was in effect prior to cancellation. The new discount will be applied to your future orders of that subscription.
    • If any problems arise with your delivery address or payment method, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription and your subscription(s) will be automatically paused. No additional subscription orders will be processed or dispatched until the problem is resolved.


    We may change these terms, and as appropriate, may change terms applicable to subscriptions at any time by posting the revised terms on the website. The act of keeping your subscriptions active constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these terms, you must cancel your subscription(s). 

    If any provision of these terms, as may be amended from time to time is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision or change is deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
