Feel energised and beat fatigue with our high-strength vitamin B12

Feeling tired or fatigued is a common symptom of a Vitamin B12 deficiency, as it plays an important role in energy release, red blood cell formation and maintaining a healthy immune and nervous system. A deficiency may not show immediate symptoms but can cause serious long-term damage.

Our high-strength supplement can help boost your B12 levels and increase your vitality:

    • NATURAL & EFFECTIVE: Contains B12 Methylcobalamin, the natural and active form of B12 your body needs. It’s more easily absorbed and retained than the cheap Cyanocobalamin used in most B12 supplements.

    • HIGH STRENGTH: Our easy-to-swallow tablets deliver a potent and safe 1000 microgram dose of pure B12, giving your body the best chance of optimal absorption and retention.
    • SUGAR FREE: Unlike B12 supplements in sublingual, liquid or spray form, our tablets contain no sugar, sweeteners or flavourings.
    • KIND & ECO-FRIENDLY: Our packaging is 100% plastic-free, biodegradable, compostable and recyclable. Plus the tablets are palm oil free! Learn more >

from the soil. not from meat.

    B12: The lost vitamin

B12 is originally made by bacteria in the soil and water, not plants or animals. That’s where our ancestors got it from. By eating unwashed vegetables and drinking unfiltered river water, their diet had enough natural B12.

But the modern lifestyle along with nutrient-depleted soil, food processing methods and hygiene standards have stripped the natural B12 from our diets - even for those who eat meat. In fact, most meat only contains B12 because the animals are fed supplements.

Omvits Vitamin B12 is particularly beneficial for:

    Vegans & Vegetarians

    Older adults

    People with GI issues

    frequently asked questions

No, these tablets are designed to be swallowed whole.

We intentionally avoided sublingual tablets and strays to avoid adding unnecessary sweeteners and flavourings. There is no evidence to support any benefit to sublingual tablets over swallowed, so we didn't see the need to add unnecessary ingredients.

Vitamin B12 is a very large molecule and quite difficult for the body to absorb. There's a lot of debate as to whether it can actually be absorbed through the membrane in the mouth.

We’d recommend consulting a healthcare professional first, but if you have a B12 deficiency, then our potent B12 supplement could certainly help with your energy levels.

B12 deficiency is a common cause of tiredness and fatigue, but you should first determine if that is the reason for your tiredness in the first place.

Having said that, B12 is a very common deficiency in the modern world for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Yes, we use the natural form of Methylcobalamin rather than the synthetic Cyanocobalamin.

Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of B12 that is not found in nature. It is cheaper to produce which is why it is commonly used in supplements.

Methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring active form of vitamin B12, which is what we use in our B12 supplement. It has a higher absorption and retention rate than Cyanocobalamin.

I have only started taking these bits last week, so too soon to know. Woth vitamins you would need a month to feel the results. But I am impressed about the quality of how they are made.
